Your cookie choice
This website stores your optional-cookie choice locally in your browser for up to six months. Declining keeps embedded Vimeo, YouTube and Acuity content blocked. The website remains available, including links to open those services separately.
Locally hosted portfolio films can play without optional cookies. Accepting enables external video and booking embeds. These providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information and may use cookies under their own policies. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future embeds here; it cannot erase information already received by an external provider.
Enquiries and assessments
The contact form prepares an email draft in your email application. It does not send your message automatically. The outreach assessment sends the information you submit, your answers and recommendation to GP5 through its Make integration. GP5 uses this information to respond to your request. Optional marketing consent is separate.
Booking and payments
Appointments are managed through Acuity Scheduling. Plan checkout links open Stripe. Booking and payment details are handled by those services. This site does not collect card information.
AI assistant and your choice
The assistant is optional. Before sending a message, we ask you to agree to processing by Cloudflare (hosting and security) and OpenAI (generating replies). You can use email or scheduling instead. Do not include confidential business information, sensitive personal data, or payment details.
Each request includes your message and limited context from the current conversation. The website keeps that context in memory, not in browser storage, and clears it when you close the assistant. Closing also withdraws permission for future messages in that session. Information already sent cannot be recalled this way.
GP5 does not persist chat transcripts in this website. OpenAI requests use store: false; this does not eliminate provider security or abuse-monitoring logs. Provider retention and international transfers depend on the account agreements and settings. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Chat is not used here to enroll you in marketing.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse when you choose to use online chat or submit an assessment. It processes technical browser and connection data; it is not an advertising tracker. Assessment submissions are passed securely to GP5’s configured automation provider. If submission is unavailable, the recommendation can still be emailed.
Visitors in the European Union
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to relevant processing, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact info@gp5prod.us. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. GP5 reviews retention, international transfer safeguards and provider agreements for the services it activates.
Analytics
No analytics or advertising tags are installed in this website package. Hosting providers may process technical request logs to deliver and protect the site.
